Shipping & Delivery

Our Commitment to Speed

WildSpiritWear handles every order from our own warehouse, where we focus on getting your items packed and out the door. Keep in mind that during holidays and sale seasons, the time needed to process your shipment may be longer than usual. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send a confirmation email that includes your tracking details. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the package weight and where it’s headed.

Your Role in a Smooth Delivery

A successful delivery depends on your active participation. You are the sole party responsible for monitoring your shipment’s progress and for providing any required information to customs or the local courier. If a delivery fails or the package is sent back to us because you didn’t follow up or submit the necessary paperwork, we cannot process a free refund or replacement. In that situation, you may need to place a new order. Additionally, it’s your duty to check your local postal regulations for any restricted items before you buy. WildSpiritWear cannot be held liable for items that are refused entry into your country.

International Orders: Your Financial Responsibilities

For all international orders, you are responsible for covering several types of charges that are outside of our control:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are set by your destination country’s customs office and are due when the parcel arrives. These are not covered by WildSpiritWear. For specific amounts, contact your local customs office directly.
  • Foreign Transaction Fees: If your credit card account uses a currency other than US Dollars, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and charge a foreign currency transaction fee. We have no control over these charges. For details, reach out to your bank.

While browsing, you’ll see prices in your local currency, but at checkout the amount is shown in USD. All transactions are processed in USD through Paypal or Stripe.

Tracking and Receiving Your Package

Your local customs office might need extra documents and time to clear your package, which can delay the estimated delivery date. The final delivery is typically handled by your local post office or a courier, often arriving with your regular mail. If you aren’t home, a notice card may be left with instructions on how to collect your package.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. Because we process orders quickly, no modifications can be made once our warehouse has begun handling it. Any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Please be certain of your selections before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot adjust an order after it enters our system.

Final Reminder: Your active tracking and prompt response to customs or courier requests are essential. Without your follow-through, we are unable to offer a free refund or replacement for a returned or undelivered package.
